I have listened to pundits & fans regarding a lack of character within the team. My hero's in football have always had very distinctive qualities, with that being mental toughness distinctive to that individual.

I think unanimously we all agree that the current players attitude is terrible and potentially the worst we have seen. They certainly are cut from the same cloth as; Alan Ball, Howard Kendall, Brian Labone, Kevin Ratcliffe, Dave Watson, Jags, Keane, Vieira, Terry etc.

With that in mind, if we are to stay up what players can you see joining the team that would help change the squads mentality?

For me it would be players like Kalvin Phillips or Coady etc.

Actual leaders, who will do all they can for the team.

The only person inside the club who seems to have character is Lampard.

Ive said before the only people i want to see at this club next season is him and his coaching staff and that goes from owner chairman down to every player we have.
