That's the wrong Ray

Problems in the marriage date back to the mid-1990s when a well-documented culture of "laddishness" prevailed at Arsenal.

Parlour began gambling, staying over in London and drinking in nightclubs with team-mates, including Tony Adams and Ian Wright. "He used to bet. Early on, my mother found he'd placed a £2,000 bet, which seemed a lot at the time, but he went much higher than that," said Mrs Parlour.

"He'd be coming home at 5am, drunk. Then, when he was at home with me and the kids, he'd spend the whole time on the phone or watching the scores on Teletext. I used to nag and nag him."

I think it is a shame to mock him for his addictions to be honest.

Not sure other fans see us as a gentleman's club who do things the right way.. I think most under a certain age see us as insignificant with ideas above our station, and some above a certain age remember when we used to be good.

Whichever way we play it, we play it fair and square. Part of the reason people liked Leicester winning the league was because they didn't play mind games or influence referees or buy the league, they just played the best football and won the most matches. That is what we should be trying to do.

Start changing the mindset at the changies. Get rid of the "Away Team" sign, and scrawl "Orc Filth" in red.

There are loads of fans from other football clubs who also convince themselves that they are supporting the last bastion of footballing virtue. It's all a load of nonsense and more often than not a defence mechanism to being crap. There wasn't a hint of this choir boy nonsense the last time we won a trophy.
