Looks like a total punt by Norwich. The fella has very little managerial experience at 35 and nothing on his CV suggests that he will be a success.
I would like to have a been a fly on the wall when his name was discussed.

Hope I would never wish another team to fall apart. Even when Wolves were in dire trouble in the late 80's I stood outside The Hawthorns on match days with a bucket with a few other Baggie fans collecting cash to help pay their staff
