So you noticed it tooAlso I’d like to say, this thread has had an absolute stink of popular former poster kieran since it was opened
hahahahahahha
This all day long. This narrative about don't punish the players or fans is a load of bollocks.
A club goes into administration or breaks a transfer rule. The players and fans suffer.
Not to mention a European ban for the actions of scumbags.
If your club acts like this then you must face consequences.
All I did was set out how the legal approach would take shape, having had to do that at legally-based Tribunals over a number of years, working with and quoting Acts of Parliament and any amending Regulations, down to the construction placed upon individual words.Think your initial tone with me was disappointing and uncalled for in all honesty. But let's just leave it at that.
Out of interest, I know, unsurprisingly, there's a rule to get Liverpool in regardless of league position, but how does that work? How long do these coefficient points last for? Say they won the UCL and didn't qualify through league position for 3 years, when would these points wear off? That’s right. Everyone thinking this is a victory for football it really isn’t. The new rules in UEFA are pretty much a Super League in itself. Guaranteed places for those 12 clubs, closed shop and more money.
Steve Parish called out UEFA on that video and fair play to him but let’s see if all the usual suspects who’ve been kicking off on social media the last few days will be doing the same thing for these UEFA reforms....
Good stuff from Parish.
This can't be over. If they aren't punished not sure I can continue watching.
They won’t be banned from Europe. Uefa aren’t going to have made a big play to get them inside the tent just to then ban them. Any punishment has to come from the premier league but I can’t see there being no any.
40 point deductions, fines of £100m+ and a 2-3 year ban from European competition would do for me. Nothing less.
The “Boston Stranglers” ?At 2:08 he says "it's important that the Liverpool...", then pauses as if he was going to call them something like the Liverpool reds and realised they aren't quite a franchise yet.
