They won’t be banned from Europe. Uefa aren’t going to have made a big play to get them inside the tent just to then ban them. Any punishment has to come from the premier league but I can’t see there being no any.

This narrative about don't punish the players or fans is a load of bollocks.
A club goes into administration or breaks a transfer rule. The players and fans suffer.
Not to mention a European ban for the actions of scumbags.
If your club acts like this then you must face consequences.

This narrative that 'it was all the owners' is just designed to stop any sanctions against these clubs 'because it's not the fans fault'.

The owners are part of the club, they're not separate. If you don't want to be at the mercy of these types of owners then you should reject their money and protest against huge salaries and ridiculous transfer fees.

Think your initial tone with me was disappointing and uncalled for in all honesty. But let's just leave it at that.

All I did was set out how the legal approach would take shape, having had to do that at legally-based Tribunals over a number of years, working with and quoting Acts of Parliament and any amending Regulations, down to the construction placed upon individual words.

That’s right. Everyone thinking this is a victory for football it really isn’t. The new rules in UEFA are pretty much a Super League in itself. Guaranteed places for those 12 clubs, closed shop and more money.

Steve Parish called out UEFA on that video and fair play to him but let’s see if all the usual suspects who’ve been kicking off on social media the last few days will be doing the same thing for these UEFA reforms....

Out of interest, I know, unsurprisingly, there's a rule to get Liverpool in regardless of league position, but how does that work? How long do these coefficient points last for? Say they won the UCL and didn't qualify through league position for 3 years, when would these points wear off?

He's got 1/20 of a voice in a room of these, and he needs to make sure enough commotion is made to make sure these clubs are punished, and I know he isn't the only one who will agree. For too long, we have bent over backwards to accomodate these greedy, self-centred, egotistical clubs.

Genuinely, for me, if they go unpunished, I may have finally cracked and had enough with football, because... when will it ever stop?

UEFA not doing any punishment is a suicide pass to PL, but sadly PL does not have the balls to do it

Fines, which should go towards sides who are struggling. Slap them with £50m each and help your Kings Lynn's, Dover's, North Ferriby United who are all about to go under as a result of COVID, do the ultimate 180, and make sure the greed they sought to protect from the others, goes to supporting the others and their fanbases.
