Those cancelled flights are amusing me, it will be funny if they don't make it.
Been lstening to them slagging off Joe Anderson just because he’s a blue, who has at least tried to help, whilst ‘Metro Mayor’ Steve Rotherham (big LFC fan) has done nothing to help them, isn' getting called out.

Yep. I knew - just knew - that City would bottle it at Anfield. The unstoppable force in England this year just froze and allowed them to blitz them and didn't even bother putting up a fight in the second leg either.

After that, it was clear as day they'd draw Roma and smash them, now they just need to snatch a win against Madrid and the stars have well and truly aligned for 'um.

A Salah goal is absolutely guaranteed, and it could even have the world's media calling Madrid's defence out as "past it" when they are given the runaround by Salah and Mane all night.

Horrible.
 
My office is suddenly full of plastic kopites. It's people who haven't even expressed an interest in football in the past but now they are planning to get up in the loft tonight and dig out their RS shirt from 2001!
 
100 nicker on Liverpool should ease the pain a little. Only a little mind you.

PS I hope the paving slabs in Kiev are not easily obtainable by any thuggish Liverpool fans.

We no longer buy the Echo but there was a letter in one left in ours the other day slagging Anderson as a Blue. The writer was complaining because the route of their parade had been limited (because of the major events going on in the city) depriving Kopites from seeing the team bus on purpose. Oh and the parade shouldn't be held on the Sunday because fans wont be back from Kiev in time....yadda yadda yadda. Rotheram should explain to them that their beloved club asked for the parade to be held on the Sunday not the whim of an Evertonian. Im no fan of Anderson, but once again they airbrush and conveniently forget things...he stuck his neck out for Michael Shields when noone else did. Then again most of them now would say "Michael who ?" Theyre never happy unless theyre whining about some perceived slight....'offended by everything....etc'

Parade is not happening anyways, there will be mourning...
 
Midfield gonna be crucial in this. Modric is a great little player who can split any defence. Kroos goes about it steadily and his range of passing is superb. We got to try and stifle these and hope that the gel headed one has a very rare off day. Both defences have errors in them as do the keepers. Should be a cracker.
