That's why I'm confused when we bring him on. We can't get DCL the service so why bring on someone else who similarly needs service.

His hair appears to do a disappearing act during the week and any kind of footballing ability seems to do likewise on the weekend.

Don't be daft of course he's not. He's an average level striker who could bag perhaps a dozen a season in the right set up. As far as squad options go we've made do with a lot worse over the years.

I just can't stand him because he's a fascist-supporting b-word. Want him out the club ASAP, should be no place for those type of people here.

What is the right set up for him out of curiosity? He doesn’t have any pace, can’t play as a target man with his back to goal, doesn’t offer an aerial threat. What are his strengths and what system would enable him to score 12 goals in the Premier League?

Define ‘average level’. We finished 12th last year. We are the absolute definition of an average level Prem team and he’s absolutely nowhere near good enough for us.
He’s a mid table Championship player on a good day.

I would say that is average level. Premier League is still the hardest league in the world to thrive in, even players stuck at the bottom clubs are all superb athletes who could do very well if they went abroad.

Teams that will just lash the ball in the box at every given opportunity. He's a poacher, Kean seems to be similar, unfortunately for them unless you're a target man you be that type of scorer and thrive in this league anymore.

I mean, for a poacher his scoring record is very unremarkable throughout his career. He’s also missed some chances that I could barely believe witnessing when he’s played for us. If he played 38 games for someone like Burnley who toss the ball into the box all day, he’d be good for 8 goals maybe.

Which is fine, a striker getting 8 goals for them could be the difference of them going down or staying up.

Think he's a premier League level striker, but not good for us and doesn't suit our style either.

Except they already have strikers that get them more than 8 goals. Chris Wood and Ashley Barnes are average Premier League strikers and they’re both absolutely miles ahead of Tosun.

Tosun probably happy to be 3rd choice there and would grab a few goals

He got injured on loan at Crystal Palace ......came back crocked last season....
