Tosun and Kean are not really linked at all.

Kean would have got a couple of minutes and done roughly the same as Tosun has. Kean needed to make that move to salvage something from him, either we sell him for a good fee or he comes back fired up and raring to go. Tosun being crap wouldn't make Kean be any better for us.

The problem was Richarlison getting banned.

Richy getting banned and zero quality on bench. We need someone to really challenge dcl. And therefore healthy competition and someone to bring on to go 2 up top. Tosun isnt it.

Neither would Kean have been.

He may be once he has built himself back up at PSG. He was a busted flush here and needed a fresh start somewhere else.

He would still be better than Tosun of course but that's not saying much. The Kean loan made perfect sense to me regardless of anything else.

The board messed up again this summer - should have broken the bank for another forward FFP or no FFP.

This steady eddie rubbish will mean we never catch up with those above us never mind Leicester and Wolves
