The problem for Tosun is there's a mismatch for physical performance at peak age. His physical performance can only head south, he doesn't have the speed of thought to compensate nor the ability to make the right movement.

Dunno if this has been said on one of the earlier pages, but I remember when he was signed, Allardyce did an interview that concerned me. Sam was saying that Tosun's stats and performance indicators (eg ball retention, number of touches etc) were good, but the tone of his voice was implying that, "Somebody has juggled some simplistic numbers and saddled me with this bloke. I suspect he can't actually play". I know Allardyce isn't a popular figure, but it seems he was right on this.
