Baines has only missed one penalty though and it was vs de gea?

It's called good off the ball movement mate, van persie won united there last title with it, similarly that season at united he had losta fair bit of his pace
 
When cenk played for beşiktaş, there were two effective left and right winger ryan babel and querasma. Those wingers supported cenk for scored and beşiktaş manager has offensive mentality and his tactical plan 4-2-3-1 but everton manager is conservative so it effects cenk's scoring performance. Cenk isn't classic striker not for only scoring. He likes to play with attacking midfielder as talisca and fast wingers. If you examine how to play cenk for beşiktaş you can see this, he plays to prefer outside of penalty territory time to time for assist to talisca and other wingers to score. So if your manager understand how to use cenk's ability, that would be great. I am sure that Cenk will be better and score more goals at future because he is very good striker.

No I pointed out some of his deficiencies then compared him to a similar striker who could have a game like that and bang the ball was in the net the great BoB Latchford - you may have never seen him play, but on arrival that's how he started off then became a goal machine ok!

As you know emre belezoglu. Turkish defansive midfielder and playmarker. He played for newcastle united and worked with sam. When cenk moved to everton he informed turkish media about sam's defensive mentality. if everton needs goal immediately he has to add second striker or offensive winger but he don't and everton defensive line need to push midcentre but not because of sam's decision. If sam prefers defansive mentality why you paid that value for cenk.
