Not suited to a team where hes expected to fight for the ball on the wing 40 yards from goal by himself. That was the right time to go two up top and stop us being pushed back..

I understand it’s early but I have to say I’m disappointed with Tosun. Tactically he was gash as is to be expected. But I was looking for technical ability from him, and only saw elementary school level passing and touch. He could certainly use a few months with Unsworth in the U23s. Maybe time spent in development will help make something of the lad because it’s a shame how technically deficient he is for how gifted he is physically. Very disappointing how much wasted money we’ve spent. I can’t help but think of what if we’d been able to give Roberto Martinez even a fifth of the funds we’ve spent now.
