Pickford's the only player we've got who's good enough for where we want to be. If we're using that metric to judge our players, we need to make 10 signings in the summer.
Cenk is more than decent enough for now, especially when we've got much more pressing concerns like having a bunch of yard dogs at centre-half.

Would you consider less than 20 would be deemed a success?

Would depend on assists, finishing league position of the team etc. Firminho only got 15 prem goals this season. Would you say he hasn’t had a successful season?

Like I said though, only 4 players got over 20 prem goals so you’re not exactly putting yourself out there by saying he won’t score 20. It’s massive odds against him doing that. Lukaku didn’t this season playing for one of the best teams in the league.

Shearer wasn’t quick. I’m not saying Tosun will get anything like the goals Shearer did but he’s not too dissimilar in the way he plays.

Can’t say I saw much of him in his early career. Didn’t realise he was quick. Was still banging them in even after his injury. Was a great player.

the lad is a great finisher, works extremely hard and his movement is good.

if we get players around him and players slipping it into the channels, he'll score goals.

That Sterling had a terrible season....only scored 18 .

Btw How much would Salah , Kane & Aguero cost mate ?
Not even counting Vardy through his age.

I think he did well. Under a more attacking manager he’ll score plenty. The guy is a sharp finisher, if we start playing football and creat chances, he’ll slot them in.
