I'm rely liking the fact we have a team in Turkey at showing an interest in our team and that can only help our global footprint.

So happy for the blues today and its nice not to feel down.

Not Sure if already mentioned but The lad gets over 200,000 likes on instagram. Putting that into context rooney gets circa 100,000 and Walcott 50,000. 15 years ago when a loved besiktas player nihat transfered and be successful şn “real sociedad”, millions of people here watched the games and turned into sociedad fans. I remember when he scored goals I hear screams and chants all over in my neigbourhood.
Today same is happening in cenk for us.
I know its a little annoying when you see all the social media is burning with turkish fans and our language on everton topics, but I think it will help the marketing of everton over the world in a good way.
For example everton can sell everton jerseys in turkey with a little cheaper price (because 1 pound is 5 turkish lira in here) it wil sell thousands lol

I recall giving one of my training tops with the Keijan logo upon it to a local guy in Icmeler who ran a pide cafe in the old town.
This was when Rooney had just broken into the first team and our profile was on the up. The next year I went back was with a half dozen various tops after Fatih had said loads of his mates wanted to be Everton fans so it seems we could build on Tosun success.
