A positive start from Cenk through his determination, persistence and some good opportunities where he's won the ball or made flicks on.

The header for Rooney's offside goal was also a positive as he showed good movement and was a very good header to lay it off.

How do you know he's been brought in to score goals? From 2003 to 2008 Kevin Davies never scored double figures for Bolton in the league and big Sam loved him.

In the 2007/8 season he scored 3 goals in 32 games. Big Sam LOVED it. Absolutely bloody loved it. There's nothing more big Sam than buying a striker to do something other than score goals. Except gravy.

He's looked alright. Biggest problem right now isn't him, but rather that the entire side has forgotten what playing with an experienced, more complete striker is like.

Sounds harsh on DCL but the lad is a few years off being ready. This Tosun lad looks like he simply has more strings to his bow in every department.

Maybe a few games and perhaps the likes of Sigurdsson will start to be arsed to turn up in a game every now and then.
