First of all, it' s my first post on this forum and I am a Besiktas fan. I have just wanted to check if you are happy to have Cenk or not; and what I read here shocked me. You guys called Cenk, Besiktas, Turkish League, even Everton and your players garbage. I am sorry guys but you can't be a supporter of your club like that. Let me tell you a story about being a real supporter. Do you know how Besiktas came here so far? In 2012, our team has collapsed because of a shitty chairman(Yıldırım Demirören 2004-2012) We were in lots of debts, we couldn't pay our players' salaries, even the Turkish government was about to assign a trustee to our club. Can you imagine how shameful it is? But in the end Fikret Orman(our present chairman) elected. He saved Besiktas in 3 years. But he didn't do it alone, all Besiktas fans were there for the club, no matter what. When Fikret Orman first elected he said that if we want to become stronger again, we have to make 'FEDA', which means sacrifice in Turkish. First 2 years of Fikret Orman's motto was 'feda'. We sacrificed our players, our players sacrificed their salaries, and fans sacrificed their all. I remember that my father bought 20 Besiktas jerseys for Besiktas to make profit. Although our team was shitty at that moment, fans filled our stadium every game. As Besiktas fans, we have a motto: 'We don't care if it's bad day or good day.' So this is how you support your team. You have to support your team whether it's a good day for your team or a bad day. So don't ever call your own players and team garbage again. If you want to do that, go support another team because I know Everton is a historical rooted club and I know you don't deserve Everton.

Secondly, I saw a guy's post who talks [Poor language removed] about Cenk and Turkish League here. It didn't surprise me because his profile picture was a flag of a Kurdish Terrorist group called 'PKK'. Seriously mate? I know how you hate Turkey and just let you know that we hate you back; but this is football. Politics and racism doesn't belong here. So you better go and throw up your anger somewhere else.

And finally about 'Garbage Cenk, Turkish League and Besiktas'. Let's start with Turkish League. I know EPL is way better than Turkish League, it's a fact; but Turkish League is not garbage. It's just underrated because of politics, so again politics doesn't belong here. In my opinion rankings of European Leagues are like this:
1)EPL 2)Spanish League 3)Italian League 4)German League 5)French League 6)Turkish League. So as you see it is not garbage. Actually Turkish League can even beat French League in this ranking because French League is not competitive, PSG dominates the league that's all. Secondly, about Besiktas. You guys called Besiktas garbage, but let's be honest and realistic. Do you guys really think that Everton can beat Besiktas now? We're undefeated in CL. Both teams are well known in their countries, but Everton's international fame is more than Besiktas's, I accept that. Both Teams are historical rooted clubs, we all know that. But today, at this moment, as a football team, Besiktas is stronger than Everton, it's a fact so you can't call Besiktas garbage. About 8-0(Liverpool Besiktas), at that time our chairman was Yıldırım Demirören, I mentioned him before he was a total garbage, he was like he is there to ruin Besiktas. Let's come closer to this moment, in 2015, we eliminated Liverpool in UEFA. Finally, about Cenk Tosun, he is not a garbage. He is a complete striker. He has fast feet, sharp shooting, besides these he has a big heart with a strong personality. I am sure that you'll like him, because he is a great man, but about scoring goals, it's up to your midfielders. Because he is not like messi or ronaldo, he can't dribble with the ball for 60 meters and score. Midfielders have to feed thim. If they do that, Cenk has an ability to be a top scorer in EPL. Because he is hardworking, ambitious. And if he gets to shoot, it is %80 percent a score. Best wishes to Everton and Cenk, from all Besiktas fans!

The Turkish League is several levels below what is required in the premier league. You said as much when you say it’s the 6th best league in Europe. You only need to look at some of the has been playing for you to recognise that. In addition our team is terrible and provides no creativity for the front men. Im sorry but until he proves otherwise Cenk is an uninspiring signing.

You get what you pay for, what were you expecting for that sort of money? Even if you had the the money, do you think Cavani or Aguero would want to play for you? Cenk is the best you can get, let that sink in.

His style looks like Higuain. If we suppose Higuain's stats like this:
Physical strength-90
Shooting-90
Positioning-90
Speed-80
Cenk's stats would be like:
Physical strength-80
Shooting-82
Positioning-85
Speed-82
Basically he is like a higuan with less technique and little more speed

Dude, Cenk has 4 goals in 6 matches in CL and it is alot easier for Cenk to score in CL. Because Besiktas is godlike for Turkish League so even in the derbies they park the bus. Our opponents' players always provokes the game, when our players touch them, they literally lay on the pitch and stay there as much as possible. I know it sounds pretty unbelievable so just watch random Besiktas's league game, you will understand what I mean. As I see, they don't park the bus often in England, so I think he will be able to score just like he scored in CL.
