the general point is that for a supposed billionaire with intent to change us for the better and take us to the next level we're still operating on a sell to buy basis.

hahahahahahahaha eff me, they've had the worst transfer policy in premier league history, they're a joke who everyone laughs at. They just spent about £40m too much on a defender from a club that always bends over for them.

So we're buying someone for twice the price and possibly double the wages than the one we're selling. Are you saying that every single billionaire in the world is never allowed to sell a player?

I'm not being witty, i'm talking sense. Your maths don't add up in the slightest. We're selling a player who doesn't want to be here and won't sign a new contract, just like we tried to do in the summer. It's no coincidence the tosun fee is pretty much the same we were trying to sign giroud for ... well before we even entertained the idea of selling barkley.
