They rely on slick advertising, peoples naivety and laziness, in that the new car is dropped at your door, your old one is taken away at bottom book and the finance package is done by them and for the benefit of them, with the interest rates.

I sold two cars to them 2 years ago for really good prices. Maybe that was also part of the problem.

I heard similar from a mate who sells and buys cars.

They were paying top dollar for cars at that time, way over what a dealer would pay for them.

He couldn’t work out how they were making a profit and thought it must’ve been some kind of tax scam.
