Castore - get rid?

I can think of 2 occasions when Everton have not played in royal blue/blue at home in a proper competition during my lifetime.

1. Inter Milan in 1963 European Cup(UEFA driven rules).

2. Colchester in 70/71 FA Cup tie which was switched to Goodison so Everton were notionally the away team.

Everton and Sunderland is a quintessential FA Cup tie between 2 very traditional clubs and supporter bases and being broadcast live on what is seen as one of football’s great days…the 3rd round of the cup.

It will be a full house and the ticket prices probably mean many young kids will go to their first home game and Everton decide that we don’t play this game in our famous home team colours.

Seriously, who makes these decisions and who signs them off? It feels like we have leadership and management that can’t wait to denigrate our heritage and what we stand for in the city and the wider football community.

Can you imagine any of our fellow founder members of the PL carrying this out.

These ones. They didn't even put club badges on them.
This is depressing!!
