I'm Red Star Belgrade fan.
You don't have to worry. He is player with good technique, excellent short passing, good header (especially because he is not very tall), have very calm defensive reaction. No signifant injuries so far. If he fits in, you'll have good player for relatively small money. Everton is my favorite Premier league club, so... It's not that bad for me. Sorry 'bout my english

Seems an honest assessment, hope its true

i have been speaking to someone high up at blackburn today (cant say who for data protection) - through my job - and he says they had castillo over at a training camp in germany and he didnt impress in the limited time he had. bodes well doesnt it.

i`m ok with these loan signings of players we dont know much about esp` how they`d handle PL.I know we want some cash transfers but these deals do make sense.
Obviously Mountinho would be a good signing, plus i like the look of the young lad from Holland

castillo did train with blackburn in germany.
he impressed , they wanted him , prooved by the fact they sat down for talks. they couldnt agree a fee with the club or player.

Know nothing about him and I'm wondering what went wrong at Blackburn.

From what I read last night, he impressed and was all set to go to Blackburn -- 4 year deal, everything was sorted on personal terms -- but Blackburn didnt want to pay £6million for him. He said in an interview he didnt know what happened and why, he thought he was moving. Blackburn are a bit skint too (Robbie Fowler anyone?).

Juventus enquired about him at the end of last season but nothing came of it.
