So awkward for you, portion control is hard at the best of times & we know Americans have huge portions.

Always been a problem for me...I don't eat all day long but, when I had no restrictions, I'd gorge because I starved myself for 8-12 hours.

Love tomato but can't have them ATM due to potassium restriction and they're full of it. So no tomato sauce (byebye pasta/pizza ).
