there was plenty of hot chilli, got me Mooney's worth there. They've started scrimping a bit, the naan bread was either pre cooked and frozen or bought in. They used to make it fresh that day. Going to swerve it for a bit, costs too much now too.

If I can be bothered I'll sort you a top quality home made naan made with yogurt and done in a pan. Fresh as you like, and you get to call how much garlic butter you slather on it...

Problem is, fresh cooked lamb off the grill all charred with smoke is not easily replicated. I've tried. I'll tag you when I get a sauces pic in the sauce thread. I hope you laugh.
