Been more than 8 years ago now mate, but do still miss him at times.

Understandable mate, I've lamented the loss of several pets over the years.
Got a cat now, my first one, whole new ball game wondering every day if the little bellend will come back home.
Animals are ace, we alsways say we'll never do it again after one passes but they fill a hole that no other can, pure unaldulterated love.

Also got a cat now. Got it from the animal shelter. Found out to my surprise it's an indoor cat, terrified of outdoor living. Well, one less thing to worry about. Think my dog and cat would've been best buddies.
