I work in Drains bingle. specialise as a grease trap engineer. Handiest job I have ever had in my life but the hours can be a long get double pay for overtime though.

Basically all kitchens have grease traps some inside but mostly outside just my job to either fix them or extract the grease. It’s illegal to go over a certain period without a kitchen having its grease sucked out. So always work there.

I always had you down as an IT bod or office sort so that's not what I expected at all, overtime comes in handy at this time of year though.

Indeed. Doctors do it they call it lipo suction and get respect. But cause I didn’t go into an indoctrination camp for a few years before my job society treats me worse.
