not too bad mate, cold is still hanging around so feeling a bit grot with that and my shoulder is really sore but I'm really pushing the exercises the physiology gave me. I think I'll pull through so can't complain mate. Just gutted I've got a it of time off work and there's hardly any sport on TV to watch.
