He'll be about as good as Scolari was.

To manage Juventus & then Milan for 10 years and win only 1 Scudetto's pretty poor.
Not to mention overseeing 'that' capitulation in 2005's CL Final - how was he kept in a job after that?!

Our chances of being able to close in on either them or Arsenal just got a little better.

100mill to spend? How the fook did Scolari only get about 10mill to spend then get jibbed off because they were 3rd?

He's gonna be Scolari mark 2. Can speak the queens either. Cue a John Terry led exodus.
 
So Roman can have whomever he wants. Story I heard was that when Abramovitch first assumed control he asked:

"Who's the best football manager in England?"

"Sven-Goran Ericsson", somebody replied.

After thinking for a moment, Roman said "I want Ericsson."

Fills you with hope for the human race, doesn't it?

They try Scolari and kick him out for being third. Anchovy will have until when - Christmas?

No denying it - hats off about the Cup Final result.

But not a Football Club as I understand the term.
