...another piece of grand reporting. Great stuff. I usually have an abiding or specific memory of teams but I have to say this isn't the case with Cardiff. I only think of John Toshack playing on a muddy Ninian Park pitch. Tough game for us and one where another draw would be acceptable.

Nice and early, bet it wont last. I'm going for a few bevvys in Liverpool on Saturday afternoon in the hope I can find a pub that's showing it. If Osman is in the starting line up I'll be in a face palm fume.

Howard
Coleman Jagielka Distin Baines
Fellaini Gibson
Mirallas Barkley Pienaar
Anichebe

Robles, Heitinga, Stones, Osman, Deulofeu, Jelavic, Kone

Hopefully Gibson is fit enough to step back up, as Osman looked on his knees after 120 minutes last night.

If I had my way I'd be resting Barkley too, we can't play the lad in every match and expect him to perform consistently. Unfortunately, we lack the depth in the middle to do this (Partly why I believe Barry would be a good signing).

Providing Fellaini is still here and Gibson isnt 100%...

Howard
Coleman Jagielka Distin Baines
Fellaini Heitinga
Deulofeu Barkley Mirallas
Jelavic

Deulofeu will be buzzing after last night and we wont know if he can do it in the Premier League until we actually play him, think he will have a field day with Cardiff's LB, likewise with Mirallas on their RB.
Gerard last night whipped in balls that Jelavic would love.
That right there is the best front four we have and it NEEDS to be played. Goals win games, all four are capable of scoring.
