Games would be a whole lot easier if we could simply put away the chances we do actually create, regardless of the defensive clowmanship displayed tonight.
Our lack of fire power has been the most troublesome worry for me so far this season.
The whole object of the game is to score goals. Where are our goals going to come from?

Pitiful display against a side also playing it's B side, and respectfully smaller club.

If the is anything to take away from the game is how Bournemouth players made space to be passed too, a lesson many Everton players need to learn.

Treated it like a training game with all the changes. Showed no belief that we can go on and win the competition. Real opportunity wasted against a mediocre Bournemouth team. Got exactly what we deserved.
