Im not in the auto cup scheme.
Is he block 226? It definitely wasn't the block that was going to be displaced at the point of buying the ST
Have sent email to fan services, they'll not respond for a long time. Calling box office now... also a wait
Yep he’s block 226.
No luck so far on the phone on hold for 2 and a half hours.
 
Just got through on the phone after 1.5 hours...to be told need to send email.
Apparently box office were only told yesterday about block's displaced, when I questioned who from the answer "those higher up".
So basically mis-sold a ST
Displaced for every cup game, depending on away allocation. Therefore not guaranteed my own seat (or any seat)
Not in priority window unless joined auto scheme, which wasn't also said.
Not contacted by the club about any displacement.

Is there anyone on this forum that's a lawyer, please DM me, as this has got my goat
 
Just sent an e mail to complain which I never do as I’m sick and tired of the shambolic nature in which every department in this football club is run.
I simply called up to get my cup tickets as I’m a bit of a technophobe.

Issue 1 - in a queue, fine no problem but no mention of the number you are in the queue so no idea whether to hang on or try again later.

Issue 2 - the operator says sorry you probably won’t be able to hear me as I’m in the office, you could hardly hear a word she was saying.

Issue 3- after completing purchase after her taking my card number down wrongly a few times due to the noise I asked will these tickets just be added to season ticket as usual.
Her response “should be”
What do you mean should be?
Her response “well we don’t know yet”

Yep had 1.5 hour wait yesterday to be told can't do anything for me, you need to email.
Lots of background noise.
Place is going downhill.... sinking
 
I used to get displaced at GP when teams took a bigger allocation for cup games and the club always had a separate window for us to secure tickets. They should have the window for this, but the must be sure every ST holder is guaranteed a ticket.
