Ive read alot of "Moyes out" threads on here in the past few months, and im going to agree that this season hasnt gone to plan so far, however i always see threads saying how the players had a good game but were just a bit unlucky, again i agree, i just dont see how we can have Moyes being complete utter [Poor language removed], whilst the players are the dogs-balls.

If the players play [Poor language removed] then no one out of the staff (playing and coaching) has done their job to their full potential, and i believe we have the potential to be in the european positions.

With that said if the players do play well then surely the preparation has been good and the dressing room atmosphere was spot on, when this happens we rarely hear about the inspiration of David Moyes and that is totally unfair to the man.

I am a Moyes supporter, but i do realise that some of his decisions leave alot to be desired, substitutions and timing of them being my main gripes.

However I understand that a season isnt built on one match but a reputation shouldnt be destroyed on one either, Moyes is a 3 time LMA Manager of the year winner, he cant of won 3 if he didnt deserve them.

Anyway i digress a little, what im trying to say is i have no problem with people having their opinions on our management situation, in or out, i have a problem with people who cant appreciate the fact that the players and management make up every team you cant be missing one or the other wont be able to perform properly.

So please stop with all the "Moyes out" "Moyes stay" threads it just gets really boring.

As far as the Moyes threads go, i will refrain from now on commenting. All i will say is I Love Everton FC

Amen . POINT OF SERMON , tbh ,..

Moyes out should never have been on the lips of any Evertonian this season anyway. One bad season in how many? Pathetic.

I will say this though. This season Moyes must take some of the blame for our performances. He has had a decent squad to pick from for most of the season and the players havent performed. He fought tooth and nail for a new contract for Saha and that fell flat on its face. Johnny H hasnt helped matters either. At the end of the day like it has been said its Moyes who is at fault for not motivating the players well enough to get them firing on all cylinders again.
He can blame lack of funds and lack of players coming into the club but he is a very well paid manager and its his job to work with that he has and what he has he has bought them all.

The board refuse to take any risk at all when it comes to getting new players, its generate funds yourself or you get nothing and all the SKY money etc goes back into paying debts and making sure we dont have to borrow. We are getting left behind, we did well before other clubs got bought out and started climbing above us, we are now being left as a mid table club...then the lower clubs will over take us too. Its great not being in loads of debt and stuff and I applaud the people running the 'shop' side of Everton, they are probably doing excellent jobs. We just need more money for Moyes, will we get it any time soon? Narh.

the only time kenwrong will sell everton is for his inheritors of his will, he will be carried out in his box before he will sell, he loves being chairman to much and this holds him back for doing what is right for the club.
moysey is building a team for the future through youth development 3 - 4 years we will have a fantastic team, but where just going to have to be patient and get behind him.
so if we did get rid of moysey who could we get to do a better job with the money he has
no one end of..........

This is well put Waddy but as for the debt in realtion to our meagre income it is for us a large debt. hence no funds for Moyes.

I was guilty of posting Moyes out threads , It was very immature of me to say so..I guess I was just frustrated with the results and wanted a quick fix , this is a contradiction in terms as sacking moyes and getting somebody else would not fix anything..

We have the right man in charge..

I disagree. Moyes got it right for the Man City game - credit where credit is due. I do however think that we are too limited in our attacking approach -get it on the left side and let Baines put in a cracking cross. We are too easily found out and it is easy to counter our attacks.
I have a lot of respect for what Moyes has done for us, but we really need some fresh ideas.

I would of agreed with you 3 weeks ago...I just think we have been unlucky and the Manager is not to blame...Moyes should not be the scapegoat for our poor performances..
