Dear God.
I don't ask you for much, but please make the bells who run footy see sense, and cancel the Premier League this season.
It will save the whole of the UK from having to listen to the inane, incoherent ramblings of the Cult, and will cheer everyone up listening to them whinging and whing and demanding inquiries and special dispensation after the cancellation has been announced.
The whole country will be a happier place.

Apparently, the French press have reported that the Euros have been shifted to next summer. By my maths, that could free up 4 weeks or so this summer, which should, (unfortunately) allow the season to be concluded.

Unless this thing lasts way longer than we have been told it will.

Euros should be postponed regardless at this stage. Who cares about what effect that has on Liverpool winning the PL.

It flies in the face of logic, granted. But the science bloke was quite clear that banning matches would make jack all difference. In fact, there is a greater chance of infection from watching a game at home or the pub than from being at the game.

Similar with schools. The kids might get it, but they cope with it. Closing them and leaving the kids at home would make their ability to spread the illness more potent.

We cant beat this thing, we have to elongate it being here till a vax is made. Or the NHS goes pop.
