Offer him the job, sell the project to him. If he says no, he says no - we move down the list. I wouldn't wait until July personally, there's a lot of work that needs doing between now and the first day of the season. If he's waiting for ManUre, let him wait and move on - I'd love Mourinho as manager but not at the cost of pre-season. Come on Jose lad, you know it makes sense.
