Cahill Dropped

I think we might see us go for it., to be honest. I think it will be the same side, except Nev will switch to the left, Hibbo in and Pienaar in for Gueye. We need a reaction and there is no point sitting back against Utd.

So, I think we might score first.....and then we will get thumped for being cheeky enough to think we can stop them from claiming the title at City.

I love Cahill, and i still think he can do a job for Everton over the next few years.

However, i want to see Straq and Vellios (some may be thinking - who??) feature. I think straq up front with Jelavic would be great - a person running about and getting headers - and taking the pressure off Jelavic. Ditto with Vellios.

But saying that - other than the semi final in which i thought he did awful - he has been much better the second half of the season, and i have faith in him to start scoring again, he definitely does well with Jelavic upfront - as long as he is upfront with Jelavic - and not switched with Fellaini in CM.

victor must get a start tomorrow!!! howard neville jags heitiga distin osman gibbo fellaini peanut victor and jelavic!!! with cahill as a impact sub!!

That's what I was thinking. Strac can create space and bully defenders while Jela sweeps in all the goals. I see Vellios and Jela as really similar players so it would be interesting to see how they would team up.

As for Cahill being better in the second half of the season I agree but having said that he is still not up to standards. He disappears in games and its like playing with ten men. All I see him offering the team is his off the ball defensive work. Other than that I don't see him contributing at all in matches.

Don't know whether to laugh at this or be worried it has knocked 75% off future transfer fee!

I'm hopeful we can sell Barkley and Jelavic, and buy Alan Smith, who can do a job in both midfield and as a forward... BADLY.

Alex Ferguson was quite keen on Barkley until he spoke to Matt Damon and was informed of his explosive knees, he's now cooled his interest.

I've heard that Barkley did his knees when he slipped on the gizzing you were doing over Swansea a month ago and Wigan this week lad.

Poor Barkley. Career ruined by some gizzer on GOT.
