Buying a new laptop.

I really need to sort my laptop out. I've got insurance on it but the factory hard drive was swapped for another, would this affect my cover?

Nah, just tell them the HDD failed and you replaced it.

I don't claim to be a computer wiz and certainly not a gamer. After my Asus Lambo recently died I needed a new laptop, initially looking at the new Asus 32 (or something like that), alos considered the top Lenovo Ultrabook .. both nice but ended up with the Samsung 9 and am made up with it. Nice looking machine too.

I got mine from laptopsdirect as well, took about 3 days from order and they email you the day before they deliver as well so you can make sure someone's there to receive it.

Just bought a Lenovo Z580 fOR Â£500 from saveonlaptops...binned windows 8 and put win 7 on which was a feat in itself but this laptop runs great and has a dedicated graphics card ...delivery was next day as well ( paid 10 pound extra for that )

have seen a lot of acer laptops in the past but this thing is far superior in looks quality and build

very impressed
