Quite.

It's been creeping up on me for a few years now buy now its official. The rs buying pens at will, we can't buy a goal, the overpaid prima donnas rolling about cheating at the slightest touch, the scripting of the league, the dominance of big brand teams for tv, the endless gambling ads, the moral and sporting void with dodgy deals and overseas 'investors' thieving the heart and soul of our teams, the absence of home grown talent in the league - pro football is dead to me today. I've had enough of feeling miserable on the weekend (or whenever the armchair viewer dictates when we play).

Staying on here for the craic and the love like - but I'll be avoiding looking up any results from now on.

Someone let me know if we win the league and I'll happy raise a retrospective glass of whatever is socially acceptable at that stage in the future.

Great post. Agreed fully.

People can scoff at my love of Gridiron, but that sport always produces excitement.

Soccer is all about gambling, match fixing and knowing your place and staying there.

It's abhorant and I hate it.

So very very sad what has happened to this once proud game.

Definitely more scrutiny needs to go Moshiri's way

Silva was his guy and he dragged us into all sorts of bother with Watford and the footballing authorities to get him

Every single one of his managerial appointments have been disasters. I honestly wouldn't mind if he sodded off now to be honest. He's failed in every area but the stadium

Sick of him, he's a clueless melt

Erm, well....

Isn't this the part of the evening where the hipsters come on and tell us that we're all Kopites for being upset about not winning, that we should stick with the manager no matter what, make a bunch of pathetic excuses for everyone at the club amd explain how its basically all our fault?

I believe they call it 'bedwetting'

They'll be here shortly to call us names

Schneiderlin and Sigurdsson are always anoymous aside from Schneiderlin giving away cheap fould and Sigurdsson blowing a couple of opportunities.

Delph though...i actually thought hed be an ok squad player for 1-2 seasons.

Hes totally dreadful as well...just passing the ball out of play or behind our players / back.

Really feel the midfield is to blame for these results.
Iwobi, digne or richarlison make any sort of forward run and get no support from all 3 of them so either have to aimlessly lump it into the box or pass it backwards killing any momentum.

Silva now has to go. If he doesn't resign, and I accept that he most certainly won't, then he needs to be sacked by Monday lunchtime.
Zero points from Bournemouth, Sheffield United and Burnley, and 17th after eight games has to spell the end for him.
I can't stand Mourinho but we should offer him whatever he wants to sort us out and get us playing.
It's now the time to act Mr. Moshiri.
