How many players can you say are either playing as well as they can or how many has Silva has improved?

It's painful watching how one dimensional we are with every single attack down the wings.

That’s the question. At the back end of last season it looked like he was finally getting a tune out of the players that had been underperforming and that felt like he was proving himself as a man manager.

At this stage, it now looks like the naysayers were right and the players were just playing with more freedom once there was nothing to play for.

Spurs’ decline has, in a funny way, shown how excellent a man manager Pochettino WAS before he kind of fluffed it in the summer. We need someone to galvanise our squad the way he did theirs. We have good players, I genuinely believe that; we just need someone who knows how to use them and how to get them fired up to perform.
