We must be a joy for opposition managers to plan against as our tactics are rigid, our style of play is slow and we offer no real fight or urgency.

With regards to player, well at the moment nobody is really showing their worth apart from perhaps Mina; Iwobi is giving a good effort as well, but that's about it.

Iwobi lacks composure.

He'll never score the amount of goals that position demands for any club with any serious ambition to compete.
