The club will have a fortnight before another game and are bound to have already been looking into the possibility given how atrocious we have been for the past 2 months. It is definitely a possibility. A win and improvement on the other hand will buy him some time but that looks doubtful given that he is sticking with his tried and tested and continually failed set up. Nah mate, Silva and the players will go away somewhere warm for a bonding session, and try and work out what's gone wrong.

Same terrible formation with Schneiderlin and Sigurdsson and he still wont mix it up.
Have supported Silva thus far but his persistence with the same PREDICTABLE formation and his infatuation with Sigurdsson and Schneiderlin will get him sacked eventually.
Change the formation, bring in youngsters to replace older players who aren't performing for a couple of games but do something different ffs!
What is it with Everton managers, that none of them seem to be willing to drop expensive players who aren't performing. Martinez did it, Koeman did it, Allardyce did it and now Silva is doing it. We need a win today!
