this is one thing that boggles my mind: if someone does well in training, as i am sure Osman does week in and week out to be picked so often, but then is awful in the match, why on earth does the head coach never change it? I cannot think of a single reason Osman is still picked to play 90minutes even when it is blatantly clear to all he is a very solid sub, at best, at this point in his career.
