Then I hope TFG bring them to a court of law. I think they would win as well because of this below from the club.

So basically you can have a squad worth a billion on the first day of the financial year, win all your games and get all your points in the bag, then on the last day of the financial year sell most of your squad to comply with PSR. You have still had a sporting advantage even if you do comply on the last day.

I just don’t think it will be overturned because they it is all or nothing, if overturned then they would have to completely disregard the original panel and Inwould not be confident of that at all
 
Yes that’s correct, Chelsea’s change of ownership was cited as a factor.

So therefore, logic dicates that will also be the case with an appeal, even before double jeopardy is considered.

This is the Premier League however, and I’m not sure their particularly odd brand of logic applies to those who play in blue outside of London.
It’s so frustrating to see such obvious bias and corruption toward us again and again.
