Nobody plays that through ball to Beto, the only time they look for him is hoofing it from the back, or crap crosses from the full backs.
Beto scored a few last season by playing in through the channels in between their defenders.

It’s mind boggling. Moyes is happy handing over possession from a centre back long ball but not via the midfield
