I mean, if they must move it to the Saturday then forget about televising it live and just kick off at 3 p.m.
It will be a nightmare for Arsenal fans and anybody going south on the trains. I'm pretty sure that the last train out of Lime Street on that Crewe/Birmingham line on a Saturday night is usually 9:30pm.
Any other day it's 11:30pm so presumably they'll put some extra trains on.

No chance of extra trains so close to the traditional Christmas shutdown , train crews unwilling to work overtime , engineering works etc.
Me being one of those. You hold off on booking a match until it’s confirmed then the Premier League just pees all over you anyway.

Palace also play in Euro game the Thursday, Sunday in the league and that cup game the Tuesday - so they've less time than Arsenal
Very similar to us playing Benfica away on the Thursday, Bolton away the Sunday and Spurs away the Tuesday in 2009 think it was
And we just had to suck it up instead of bleating on about the congestion and it was in October so it made no sense.

All clubs are happy to have games on at any time. They get the tv money and are happy to oblige then
