Every one has a wobble now and again, has shown she has recovered years ago. Dad refuses to give up what power he won in court over her money, and forces her to work instead of spending some of the money she's earned.

Why can't they just appoint someone else? I don't know the specifics but I know for a fact courts have the ability to appoint someone in their stead to help them out. They did one to Amanda Bynes I think.
