Not just the parade, but fascinating to see what the outside of the ground, Goodison Road, looked like in 1984.

Is right! Hope we get the good times back one day.

I'm amazed at the quality of the footage too, full colour, taped as if it were yesterday. Brought back some memories from me as I was just a kid when I went to this. Seeing the old Club Shop was great; used to mither my dad to bits every time we went the match so that I could go in there and try to get a little souvenir. The bit at the 0:22 mark, where the camera pans across from the newsagent to the old barbers on the corner and collection of houses and shops that are all long gone now, it now being the car park with the blue railings around it.

All the excited kids waiting for the team bus. Standing on the roof of what's now the Hot Wok, back when it was the Blue House pub (and even then it was a dump, as you can see with the 'L' and the 'U' letters falling down lol).

Great times.

And litte did all them fan know, we were just about to become the best team on the planet.
