Everything is very well thought out, they think 2 years ahead with EVERYTHING so it means they are well covered in all areas. If they bring in a first team/senior squad player then they will always bring in a 17-19 year old promising player who is similar with a view to being a future replacement. They do their recruitment in what would be considered tier 2 and 3 leagues which other PL clubs just wont look in and most of all they are willing to take a risk on a player.
