Could see after 10 mins that were getting overrun in the midfield and this wasn't going to work. Not saying he shouldn't have started with that formation as it worked well last time out but Marco waits far too long to change things

10 minutes in, Sousa was up off the bench talking to him on the touch line and they were pointing and remonstrating at players, I think they could see stuff was going wrong, or Brighton were overloading the middle, but they did nothing to change it.
