To this day I never understood why Dyche and now Moyes are so insistent on starting Doucoure and then playing him nearly the entire match. He lacks so much it’s glaring and it hurts us. Is it to justify his salary? I really don’t get it. I’d rather sit him, keep him healthy, eat his cost, and move on next season. But why is Moyes starting him? He should be a set of fresh eyes seeing how deficient he is. There are better options.
