True. Something once though of as healthy, actually turns out to be harmful. Look at saturated fats, instead of avoiding these all together, some in our diet could be beneficial. Or that's what the latest research says.yeah i think in the past i have come accross it without taking too much in. Hence why i avoid diet stuff altogether most of the time and just drink water rather than kid myself otherwise.
quite scary though, a can of chemicals painted up to be a healthy drink.
