Snipped with nail clippers! Little blood but all good.

If it's a thin base. Pull it taught and snip. Sterilise the clippers first!

Look online if worried but it's dead easy. It's been pissing me off for years...

Just be sure it's definitely a skin tag! Although armpit is most common place.

Had one removed by the GP once. Got a nice new one there now.
