Same here… That’s why I brought it up! Late 90’s/Early 00’s, when I was in my late teens. Had this darkish purple FUBU tank top that I thought was the shizznit and I wore it everywhere!
Didn’t think twice about it then, but thinking back, I use to get these looks which I can now discern with absolute clarity that meant: ‘Get your honkey, cracker ass out of that shirt white boy! It’s for us, and you ain’t one of us!’

At least in his defence he is Aboriginal so he wasn't just another 'pretty fly for a white guy'. Still looked like a nobhead though.

I can’t even claim that…
I also had a FUBU trucker hat with a super flat rim… Like hip-hop style if you know what I mean. Wore that as well!
But thank God I lost it somewhere along the line, so I didn’t completely look like a tit the whole time!
