Also, someone said on the smb that the lads who got the flag sorted were informed that they didn't have to pay for it when they went to pick it up.

They both are mate, it's basically family members addresses who are letting the mail come there to stop the parents house being bombarded with mail and to help out as best they can. One of them is @speedy1976 gaff.
