Just noticed that he's 21 now and never really been near to the first team. With Valente surely in his last season, is this kid going to step up next year or will a new player be signed?

Interview on Everton TV says he has taken a while to get back to proper fitness from his back injury, and is looking to go out on loan again (was at Norwich before, I think) to increase his experience. He was reserve team captain. He had/has a logjam at left-back in front of him so he needs to get experience to improve.
Good prospect this lad i preferred him to valente last season going on loan would be a good idea

Think he will still make it of course his age doesnt look much promising for a youth player but hes had a few serious injuries, the reserve games are doing him nothing though he needs experience on loan somewhere, he learned and improved quite alot from going to Norwich last season.
